Eligible Rhode Island residents can receive hearing aids for $600 per ear through the Gift of Hearing program. Applicants must be self-directed and meet financial criteria; people with the greatest financial need may receive partial or full assistance. Full payment is due at the final URI Speech & Hearing Center appointment, and the devices include a limited warranty.
