These terms describe the use of ProDeals.us, a website for finding local deals and promotions. Please read them before using the site or submitting information.

Deals and merchant terms

Listings summarize offers from independent businesses. Availability, prices, eligibility, participating locations, expiration dates, exclusions, and other terms can change. Confirm the current offer and complete terms directly with the business before making a purchase or visit. A verification date describes a prior check; it is not a guarantee that an offer remains available. An offer with no listed expiration date can still end or change.

The business providing an offer is responsible for its goods, services, redemption conditions, payments, refunds, and customer support. ProDeals.us does not sell or redeem the merchant offers shown in its directory. Advertising or a listing does not guarantee a business’s quality or endorsement by ProDeals.us.

Managing a deal and sending inquiries

Use Manage This Deal to submit a new offer or request an update, correction, ownership review, or removal. Provide accurate information and submit business requests only when you represent the business or are authorized to do so. Requests are reviewed before changes are made. An ownership request does not automatically establish ownership or provide account access.

By submitting business or offer information, you authorize ProDeals.us to review it and use relevant business and offer details to maintain the listing. Do not submit material you do not have permission to provide, misleading offers, or sensitive personal information. Contact details and request messages are handled as described in the Privacy Policy linked in the footer.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate someone, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with normal operation, bypass access controls, or access information without permission. Automated activity must not disrupt the website or other visitors.

Outside links and availability

Links to businesses and advertisers lead to services outside ProDeals.us. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them. Listings and website features may be corrected, updated, or removed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. The site cannot promise that every listing is complete, current, or free from errors. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
