This policy explains how information is handled through the ProDeals.us local-deals website and its request forms.

Information you provide

You can browse deals without creating an account. If you send a deal-management request, we collect the name, email address, business and location details, offer information, and message you submit. Advertising inquiries collect your name, email address, message, and any optional business or targeting details you provide. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal information in these forms.

How submissions are used

Submissions are stored so site managers can review offers, corrections, updates, ownership requests, removals, and inquiries. Submitting a request does not automatically change a deal or grant access to a business listing. Business and offer details may be used to update public listings. Contact email addresses and private request messages are not displayed on deal pages.

Technical information, cookies, and app storage

Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address and request headers, when it connects to the website. Hosting and security systems can process this information to deliver and protect the site. The request forms use temporary, salted identifiers derived from IP addresses and email addresses to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the Local Deals request tables.

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as signing in to administrator accounts. The Local Deals search form uses the state, city, and category you choose; it does not request your device’s precise location. If you install the web app, your browser stores app resources and an offline message. The app retrieves current deal pages from the website instead of storing your submitted form messages for offline browsing. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings.

Advertising, outside websites, and service providers

Deal and advertising links can take you to another business’s website. That website handles information under its own policies. Advertising is identified on deal listing pages. Hosting, security, and backup services can process or store website data as part of operating the site. This policy does not cover information you provide directly to a merchant or another website.

Storage and your requests

Requests remain in the site’s records after they are marked reviewed; marking a request reviewed is not the same as deleting it. Backup copies may also retain earlier records. You may ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. The information needed to verify and answer a request depends on the request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Please do not send sensitive documents unless a suitable method has been agreed with the site operator.

For a privacy question or a request about your information, use our inquiry form and begin your message with “Privacy”. You may leave the business field blank and the location and category fields set to All. Include enough detail to identify your earlier submission. For a public offer correction, use Manage This Deal. Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date.
