Every Tuesday starting at 4 p.m.: $3 made-to-order Taco Bar tacos with handmade tortillas. Choose steak, chicken, carnitas or al pastor, with the advertised sides and fixings. Drink specials start at $4. The current Riverside location page explicitly promotes Taco Tuesday.

Monday–Friday 3–7 p.m., in the Cantina. $4 selections include street tacos, queso dip, Signature Margarita and Pueblo Viejo shot. $6 selections include draft beer and house wine; listed food and drinks at $8, $10 or $12 are separate tiers.
